This is an assignment I had to do for a portrait and I decided to use cherries as an inspiration.

I think cherries are playful, cute and delicious. When I was a little kid I would often put them on my ears and thought they look better than precious stones. They were the perfect earrings, because I could also eat them afterwards =P

Reff photos are personal. The media is color pencils again. That was requested in the assignment.

Hope you like it, but I’m still gonna put my helmet on to be prepared for your critiques..he he!

Critiques? There's no way I could ever critique this! The shades of her skin are just gorgeus and the expression is so playful! I love thiiiis, going straight to my favorites! What did you exactly use to color this...? It's sooo goooodd...!
